Barisan Nasional (BN) has returned to power in Johor with a two-thirds majority in the state assembly, according to official results at today’s state elections.
BN won 40 of the 56 state assembly seats.
Pakatan Harapan secured 11 seats, while Perikatan Nasional won 3 seats.
PKR amd Muda won 1 each.
Following the setback, PH is under public pressure to reevaluate the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) inked with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
