A DAP leader has admitted that Pakatan Harapan (PH) has received funding from the Federal Government, after signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UMNO’s Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
Chan Foong Hin who is Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament in a statement today said, the coalition did receive such money, but claimed that the money was meant for the people.
“We give it all to the E-kasih recipients, B40 households, schools, mosques and temples, among other beneficiaries.”
Despite claiming the money was spent on the people, the DAP leader did not provide any breakdown nor furnish any details of the total funding.
PH had recently been accused of receiving hundreds of millions in direct grants and project allocation.
