Two DAP Members of Parliament have decided to do some cooking and gardening, following Pakatan Harapan (PH)’s massive defeat in Melaka.
On Tuesday evening, Teresa Kok who is DAP’s MP for Seputeh advises the public to self-cook in order to eat fishes at a more affordable price.
“I bought a 400 gram siakap in KK Fresh Mart, Kuchai Entrepreneur’s Park yesterday for only RM9.99.”
“I cooked it in an oven and it is enough for 3 people to eat.”
“It is also far cheaper than the 7kg siakap costing RM1,000 in Langkawi.”
“If you want to eat siakap, cook yourself and eat in KL.”
Her post was however, met with scorn as netizens trolled her, reminding Teresa of her advice when she was as Minister.
“After losing in Melaka, you now talk about fish. If you did not lose, probably you will be talking about Harapan,” said Mohd Shamsudin.
“Must drink a glass of palm oil, surely delicious,” said Brandom Lim.
“Did you use palm oil? Or corn oil or peanut oil,” added Han Ming.
Another member of the public, Suresh, added that it must be delicious as it was cooked with of palm oil.
During Teresa’s tenure as Minister, she infamously advised the public to drink a spoon of palm oil a day in order to be healthy.
In a separate Facebook post today, Hannah Yeoh who is DAP’s Segambut MP shared her gardening experience at home.
“I tried planting vegetables at home. Learned from YouTube.”
“I am new. Is the sawi alive or dead, I am not sure.”
Apart from Teresa and Hannah, PKR President Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had in the past uploaded numerous photos boasting his time gardening and cleaning the yard.
But his photos have today become a subject of troll among netizens.
